Hello Everyone! I’m Yadiel Alberto Rodriguez, also known as Arod or Amilly, and I’m a professional barber, CMO & Co-Founder of the #1 wet product line for professional barbers, stylists, and clients all over the world, L3VEL3. I was born on August 22, 1989, in Mayaguez, PR, and then moved to the United States with my family when I was 15 years old; just one year after picking up my first pair of clippers. Aside from that, I'm also an artist that has had a passion for music since I was 3 years old. Since then, I’ve learnt how to play many instruments, such as the guitar, piano, timbal, drums, congas, and bongo.

My lifetime passion for cutting hair and making music combined with my work ethic and discipline from joining the military has helped me to get where I'm at today. Because of that, I've become an entrepreneur, creating possibilities that weren’t present before, for barbers such as myself. I produce content that showcases the barbering industry in a new light—having my brand spread awareness, education, and value to all the barbers worldwide.

One of my biggest discoveries so far has been in creating a product that would fuse music and educational content for barbers, introducing a fun visual audio experience to help educate people who are interested in this industry, and to reach those that maybe haven’t sparked that interest yet. I achieved that with the Flat Top Freestyle Vol.1 Haircut Video, with over 45 million views on my Youtube Channel, followed by Vol.2, with 21 millions views, and now Vol.3, which drops on Aug 23, 2022.
